Welcome and thank you for checkin' me out.
I met John Barrowman back in April at Calgary and it was a wonderful experience. Everybody who has met him there or elsewhere has a great story to tell, now the Expo goers of Edmonton have one too. :)
I met him first thing in the morning, John looked over at me a few times in line and when the nice volunteer told me she loved my costume, John playfully shouted “it’s a cosplay!” and we all laughed. He remembered me from Calgary too as he said it was “great to see me again!” and he stood and talked with me for a bit over how to take care of the signature he signed. Then he booped his nose and pointed at me (which was captured) and said “the more you know!” xD He shook my hand after and told me I had a “very nice cosplay” :3 I nearly melted. haha.
Photo op with my twin sister and I was fast as expected, but he screamed “group hug” when we took the picture and that lead me to getting in as close as possible. Like unexpectedly Vulcan mind melding with his chest. He didn’t mind it and he was very happy to see my sister too, which I loved. :)
What can I say that hasn’t been said on Tumblr already, John Barrowman is a great human being and he knows how to make each and every single person he meets feel special and unique!
